The Extra Point's first broadcast of the Fall 2025 semester - co-produced by Ryan Murphy. Debuted an all-new graphics package and revamped segments. Several In-Bumps, VOs, and highlight reels in the show were edited by Ryan Murphy.

This broadcast was produced and co-anchored by Ryan Murphy. The Extra Point's "March Madness" show highlights the best of local high school basketball and WKU Basketball. The show included guest appearances from WKU President Timothy Caboni and WKU Athletic Director Todd Stewart!

Episode 2 of The Extra Point's new show, "270vertime," kickstarted by Cole McIntire and co-produced by Ryan Murphy. This show featured an all new graphics package, thumbnail branding, and more! Ryan also anchored the show alongside McIntire.

Multi-Camera Interviews

A segment celebrating the legacy of WKU Volleyball Head Coach Travis Hudson, as his statue on campus was set to be unveiled. Segment was produced by Ryan Murphy, including camera sheets, multi-point lighting, and three cameras for each interview subject.

A fun one-on-one segment with Sports Director Cole McInTire and WKU Basketball's Woo Marshall - walk and talk style. The segment included three cameras and a photographer. Produced by Ryan Murphy, edited and turned by Cole McIntire.

A one-on-one sit down conversation between reporter Eli Thompson and WKU Football's Marshall Jackson - produced by Ryan Murphy, edited and turned by Eli Thompson. Interview included a three-point lighting system, three cameras, and a sliding-mount tripod for a dynamic two-shot.

Documentary Work

Motorsports documentary co-produced and edited by Ryan Murphy. Ryan also acted as the field audio engineer during the race weekend and set up multiple interviews including multi-point lighting and two camera interviews.

Ryan Murphy launched the "UNMATCHED" series in the fall of 2024, centering the brand on the rivalry between two local high school teams. In Fall 2025, the brand shifted and focused on one team: the Glasgow Scotties under first year head coach Jackson Arnett. Piece produced by Ryan Murphy, includes multi-camera interviews, a five camera shooting effort for the featured rivalry game, and a semester long effort following of the program.

Topper Tailgate Trivia became the brain child of Ryan Murphy, Cole McIntire, and football reporters Gage Czirr and Eli Thompson in the fall of 2024 - it has since evolved into a popular tradition, driving thousands to The Extra Point's social media channels. This piece was produced and photog'd by Ryan Murphy, and it was edited by Eli Thompson on the same day.
